Carine holds an Executive MBA from the Ashcroft International business school of Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge UK, where she was awarded the Greenwood memorial prize for best strategy in practice. She also has an artistic academic background from the University of Nice, France. She speaks fluent French and English and has lived and accumulated work experiences in the USA, France, the UK and South Africa.

Prior to managing Bprosper, Carine was delivering university lectures in her role of Managing Director of CMN Small Business Consulting, to final year students of Business Administration at the CTI campus of Bellville in South Africa. Before moving to Cape Town, she was the European marketing manager for the US company, SavaJe Technologies, an 120 million dollars funded company with offices at the famous St Johns Innovation Centre of Cambridge UK.

Andre Kruger, Head of Operations & Finance

Andre Kruger is our local talent, a glorified "Bean Counter" by definition. He completed his Bachelors of Commerce in Commercial Accounting at the prestigous University of Stellenbosch (2003); set in the heart of the Western Cape Wine lands.

"Entrepreneurs are the seeds to economic growth and should be at the top of the South African agenda, on a large scale it encompasses personal fulfillment and contributes to the alleviation of poverty and enriches our culture...And we are ready to help them."

His financial and managerial prowess were crafted in the picturesque village of Cambridge, England, where he meticulously unravelled the skills required to manage a successful business. His forte include internet based businesses, web technologies, financial analysis, process improvements and expansion initiatives. His term at Priceline Europe, an extension of the US parent company Priceline.com (NASDAQ:PCLN), introduced our unconventional "Afrikaner" to the organisational dynamics and behaviours of a multinational Corporation.

He ended his awe-inspired fact finding mission and returned married to his beloved country Cape Town, South Africa (2007). Where he found himself in the telecommunications industry, managing a local SME, 2talk2 Airtime Solutions.

His analytical and technical know-how combined with his passion to develop his community, provides him with the compassion and entrepreneurial flair our society seeks.
